CASE STUDIES

Mr K M, age 32 has a successful textile business. Recently his wife left him and now he lives alone at his apartment. His problems with dealing his sexual urges started when he was 15-16 years old, he used to watch porn and masturbate excessively. Later he started visiting brothels and talking to as many girls he could, so he could get intimate with them as quickly as possible. He fantasises of having sex at most times and compared sex with a cigarette, which he needs from time to time in order to stay normal. He gets extremely restless and irritable in a few days without sex. Recently his wife dumped him and left him after 3 months of marriage because she felt he was sexually hyperactive and suggested of having multiple partners along with her, while getting intimate. She also suspected that he sleeps with other women frequently and felt disgusted to be married to such a person. Mr K M finds himself lonely and wants to seek treatment so he could be free from being a slave of his sexual urges.
